weekends are over and it's gonna be a new week again. will be a busy one i guess.
spent my whole saturday sleeping away. the initial plan of meeting my girls for supper was cancelled. but i still went upper thomson for prata in the end. went to yishun dam as well. afterwhich, headed home and had a hard time getting into sleep.
went for sea training this afternoon. i really become like super weak already.! we did sets of 10, 1 min, 2 min, 3 min, 4 min, 5 min, 4 min, 3 min, 2 min, 1 min. i seriously think it's super kick lo. row until i'm having blisters all over like yet again, and abrasion on my kneecap. we end off the training with 100 push-ups before cool down. i think i died when i'm doing 20. i seriously wonder how i'm gonna survive tmr's land training.
guess what.? i'm feeling the aches already. :(((
felt lost at times, weird feelings and thoughts that are just unexplainable. i hope it's just me being too sensitive.
